100% advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   4. Order Confirmation
      

      Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a written purchase order.

Quoted prices are valid for a limited time as mentioned in the quotation.

4. 4. Shipping and Delivery
      

      Delivery will be made as per agreed timelines, typically 2–5 working days after payment.

Shipping charges are additional and will be informed during the quotation or invoicing.

A.S. Scientific Works is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

5. 5. Returns and Replacements
      

      Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be approved in advance.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

6. 6. Warranty
      

      All products carry a standard warranty of 6 to 12 months (if applicable), limited to manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.

7. 7. Intellectual Property
      

      All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of A.S. Scientific Works and may not be copied or used without written permission.

      A.S. Scientific Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services.

      These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ambala courts.
